Cancellation Policy

All cancelations/rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to meet this criteria, I will automatically charge a 50% cancellation fee. If you no call-no show your appointment, I will automatically charge you 100% of your missed appointment. Neither of these charges go towards your next hair appointment. I work hard to prepare for your services and I hope you show me the same respect I deliver to you! Thank you for understanding.
